The location and facilities were very nice, but the staff were unfriendly. I asked for a higher floor but they gave me a room with 5 seats. I asked for a higher floor (I don't speak English. --;;) but they got angry. Turns out, the 5th floor was the top floor. Of course, I didn't understand because I don't speak English, but I wish they would have explained the situation slowly before I got angry. In other ways, I was satisfied with the place.

I made a mistake and chose another hotel(because that hotel was cheaper). Immediately cancelled with that hotel and ended-up coming to this hotel. We've stayed here at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta NE the last few times we came to Duluth. It should've been a no brainer. This is a decent hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff are very pleasant. Rooms were clean and neat. Affordable.

The staff, all of them, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. I'm from Spartanburg SC. Driving in Atlanta can be pretty intimidating. I aways stay in that area because everything I need is there and I feel like a "local" in that area. I love the Fairfield Inn next door; but, your breakfast is way better. It's one of the best things y'all do !

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't have the breakfast as we had to leave before breakfast started. Unfortunately on the weekend breakfast started from 7am instead of 6am, which was a bit too late for us as we had to leave before 7am.

The check in was fast and friendly. I literally maybe spent less than 10 minutes checking in. The room was everything and more. I booked the king and sofa and got the a king and double bed. The room was huge and clean which I appreciate. It was quiet and parking was ampule. There is a bahama breeze in walking distance. This was a great location. I will be staying here again and adding it to my list of places to stay.

I loved how clean this hotel was! We stayed the entire weekend and the staff made sure we had plenty of clean linens. Housekeeping was superb! Breakfast was great! Pricing to stay here was great! I don’t have a single complaint and i am one that will usually complain about something.

The suite king-bedroom was very nice and the facilities pleasant enough. Breakfast room was airy and pleasant. Staff cleaned promptly after customers and food was replaced quickly.
